Cost
At our facility: $100 per individual + tax; 6 or more for $85 + tax.
At your facility: $510 minimum.
Includes
All materials furnished for training on powered industrial vehicles.
Written exam, driving skills assessment, certificate and permit.
Refreshment are also provided.
Train the Trainer General Pricing
$1050 (+ tax) – One trainer
$800 (+ tax) – Two trainers
$700 (+ tax) – Three or more trainers
$300 (+ tax)- For Each Materials Kit
Kit includes:
- Materials for new Trainers to plan as a bases for local training programs (includes boom and scissors)

Additional Terms for Forklift Training
- There will be a $275 premium for Saturday classes or off-shift classes (before 6 AM and after 5 PM)
- Untimely training reservations may result in cancelation fees.
